In order to ensure the fastest turnaround for our customers, customised orders are processed shortly after they are placed. For this reason, it may not be possible to make changes to your order.

REFUNDS

Customisation will be completed exactly as entered at the time of ordering, including upper and lowercase letters. All Slip products are made to our exacting standards, this includes our embroidery and hot stamping. Silk is a natural fabric, and all customisation is done by hand so every product is unique and slight variations may be present. Customised products are not able to be returned due to change of mind, if we have unknowingly made an error with your order, or if your product is faulty please contact our team as soon as possible.

ORDER TURN AROUNDS

Please allow up to 5 additional business days after placing your order for customisation to be completed. Please note, this turnaround can be affected by public holidays and slight delays can be experienced dependant on the time of year.

WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER A LARGE AMOUNT OF CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS?

We offer a number of different options to customers and clients with larger order volumes - please contact our team at wholesale@slip.com and they'll be able to assist with options and pricing.

Can I get my text placed differently to the options available online?

We've spent a lot of time working on the customisation options, including where the best locations on the products are to both preserve the integrity of the silk, maintain the comfort of the product, and of course what looks best! Currently for one off orders, we aren't able to offer additional text locations.

Why can't I get my sleep mask embroidered?

When you embroider a sleep mask after it's been made the stitching goes all the way through both the front and back of the mask. So the stitches are against your face, which can be uncomfortable and interrupt your beauty sleep - and we wouldn't want that!

How do I care for my customised products

For embroidered pillowcases, follow the Slip washing instructions. We recommend using a laundry bag to prolong the life of your customised pillowcase. Hot stamped products: cold hand wash only | do not iron print | use pH neutral liquid detergent | do not tumble dry | do not dry clean | do not use bleach | do not wring | dry flat

STEP 3 | Choose FONT SIZE (Small 72pt) (Large 210pt)

STEP 4 | Choose PLACEMENT SMALL FONT SIZE: Bottom left & top left only. 
LARGE FONT SIZE bottom left vertical and bottom left horizontal only.
STEP 5 | ENJOY your 8 hours of beauty sleep every night.
