    Shipping Policy

    ORDER PROCESSING

    Orders placed before 12pm CET will ship same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12pm will ship next business day.  During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that). 

    Tracking info will be sent to your designated email address when your orders ships.

    Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), same day dispatch may not be applicable whilst our distribution team works to prepare your slip® order.   

    SHIPPING 

    All orders are shipped from our distribution center in the Netherlands with FedEx Ground.

    Free standard shipping applies for all orders over €120.
    Orders below €50 incur a shipping charge of €20.
    Orders €50-€120 incur a shipping charge of €15.

    All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays within the Netherlands.

    We are currently only able to ship within Europe, for international orders please visit www.slip.com and select the shipping country.
