We typically ship your order within 24 - 48 hours. (excludes weekends and bank holidays). During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that). 

Tracking info will be sent to your designated email address when your orders ships.

SHIPPING 

All orders are shipped from our distribution center in the Netherlands.

Free standard shipping applies for all orders over €60.
Orders below €60 incur a standard shipping charge of €5.95

For DPD standard shipping to Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Luxemburg and the Netherlands please allow 1-2 business days for delivery (excluding order processing time). 

For PostNL standard shipping to all other member states, please allow 2-8 business days for delivery (excluding order processing time). 

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays within the Netherlands.

We are currently only able to ship within Europe, for international orders please visit www.slip.com and select the shipping country. 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If you order a pre-ordered item in the same transaction as other slip products, your order will ship in full once the pre-ordered item is in stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate split shipments at this time.
