Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We typically ship your order within 24 - 48 hours (excludes weekends and bank holidays). During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that).

Tracking info will be sent to your designated email address when your orders ships.

Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), same day dispatch may not be applicable whilst our distribution team works to prepare your slip^® order.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our distribution center in the Netherlands.

Free standard shipping applies for all orders over €100.
Orders below €50 incur a shipping charge of €20.
Orders €50-€100 incur a shipping charge of €15.

Germany/Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg ship with DPD NL.

All other EU regions ship with FedEx Ground.

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays within the Netherlands.

We are currently only able to ship within Europe, for international orders please visit www.slip.com and select the shipping country.
